How far in advance should I book a studio?
Most popular time slots fill up 7–14 days ahead. Same-day bookings are possible when availability remains, but we recommend securing your date as early as possible.
What are your operating hours?
Studios are accessible 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily. 24-hour access is available for approved long-term productions upon request.
How do you maintain cleanliness between bookings?
Every studio is professionally sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants after each session. HEPA air filtration runs continuously and linens are changed daily.
Is insurance required for bookings?
All productions involving equipment or large crews must carry a minimum $1M general liability policy. Individual creators receive complimentary basic coverage through Loftique.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking start time. Later cancellations receive a 50% refund unless business interruption applies.
Can I bring my own lighting and audio gear?
Yes. Each studio includes AC power, 15A circuits, and dedicated rigging points. You may also use our in-house kits at hourly rates listed in the catalog.
Are the studios soundproofed?
All rooms feature 60 dB acoustic isolation, floating floors, and decoupled ceilings. Standard HVAC noise is below 25 dB(A) measured at 1 meter.
Do you offer multi-day or weekly rates?
Yes. Weekly bookings receive a 25% discount and month-long contracts receive a 35% discount plus priority scheduling. Contact sales for enterprise packages.
